Rezyd-X® Z67 is an internal cleaner that dissolves and removes heavy hydrocarbon deposits on surfaces for which low-flashpoint solvents cannot be used. Rezyd-X Z67 dissolves and disperses heavy hydrocarbon sludges, asphalt, heavy lube oil, and heavy residue in vessels, vessel unit bottoms, lines, and tanks. It also easily removes light hydrocarbon contamination, and can be used in internal circulations or limited on-line treatments.

Rezyd-X Z67 is formulated to convert sulfides and maximize degassing properties when combined with Zyme-Flow® 657 and related products. Mixed with water and Zyme-Flow 657, Rezyd-X Z67 forms a solvent that dissolves heavy hydrocarbons and breaks down many polymeric deposits. Emulsions made with Rezyd-X Z67 will break without additional clean-water recovery chemicals.

Rezyd-X Z67 is a nonpetroleum product that has dramatically lower toxicity and flammability than comparable petroleum and citrus-type products. Wash solutions can be sent to crude tankage for easy breakout and recovery.
