In a single application, the Zyme-Flow Process removes oil, gas, LEL, H2S, benzene, and pyrophoric iron sulfides. The process saves time and water by venting benzene to the flare, rather than flushing it to a wastewater facility.
Unlike other surfactants commonly used for industrial cleaning, the mild oxidizer in the Zyme-Flow Process—Zyme-Flow® UN657—can be applied in circulation or Vapour-Phase® applications. It is effective on many different pyrophoric compounds, on highly pyrophoric units that contain a thick accumulation of coke and sludge, and on difficult-to-remove sludges. In addition, the Zyme-Flow product is almost completely expended during the job.
