How does Vapour-Phase® application work and why is it faster?

Vapour-Phase® puts the chemistry into steam for single-point coverage, reaching complex internals without extra injection points or added hardware. That reduces hookups, effluent, and turnaround time compared to traditional steam-outs. Typical completions: ~8–12 hours.

Which ZymeFlow chemistry is the default “broad-spectrum” option?

 ZymeFlow UN657 is the flagship. It’s a surfactant/oxidizer blend for Vapour-Phase® or circulation that de-oils, clears LEL/benzene, and neutralizes pyrophorics, often in 8–12 hours, with a self-breaking emulsion to streamline recovery.

What if ammonia is the primary concern?

Use Zyme-HT (“the Ammonia Breaker”) for Vapour-Phase® decontamination where trapped ammonia is present. It chemically neutralizes ammonia (not just masking it), while also handling sulfides, pyrophorics, and residual hydrocarbons — typically in 8–12 hours.

What if we can’t use much heat or need a circulation program?

Choose Zyme-Ox Plus. It’s a hybrid surfactant/oxidizer formulated for circulation and low-temperature conditions (effective below ~200 °F). It oxidizes pyrophoric iron sulfide, neutralizes ammonia, and can be used in presoaks/flushes for units that harbor pyrophorics.

Do these chemistries reduce wastewater and hydrocarbon loading?

 Yes. ZymeFlow programs are biodegradable and designed to minimize hydrocarbon loading. UN657’s self-breaking emulsion and rinse-clean profile help simplify effluent handling versus petroleum/terpene solvents.

Are ZymeFlow products compatible with common metallurgy and elastomers?

At use strength, ZymeFlow solutions are low-corrosivity/near-neutral pH and are compatible with common alloys, gaskets, and seals, supporting operator-friendly application.

What’s the offshore option, and is it environmentally compliant?
