He brings extensive experience in HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), with a disciplined focus on risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure safe and reliable operations across all activities. In addition, he offers executive expertise in government relations, non-profit leadership, internal controls, Emergency response, and organizational engineering, enabling him to align business strategy with regulatory requirements, strengthen governance, and build scalable, high-performing organizations.

Stav holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is pursuing a graduate degree in Industrial Hygiene. He is focused on translating strategy into execution, developing high-performing teams, and positioning ZymeFlow for sustained growth while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
